At Corner30, we strive to ensure every customer is delighted with our service and the quality of our food and drink offerings. However, we understand that occasionally things may not go as planned. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities.
Returns and Refunds
- Perishable Goods:
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on perishable items such as food and drinks. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately.
- Order Issues:
If you receive the wrong item or if your order is incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. We will rectify the mistake by providing a replacement or a refund for the affected item(s).
- Quality Concerns:
We take great care in preparing our food and drinks. If you find that the quality of an item is unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with details and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
- Reusable Coffee Cups
We are committed to sustainability and offer reusable coffee cups. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of reusable coffee cups. However, if your cup is broken and it is deemed to be a manufacturer's fault, we will offer an exchange. The item will be sent to our manufacturer for inspection to determine the cause of the issue. If the manufacturer confirms the fault, we will provide you with a replacement.
Process for Returns or Refunds

Reach out to our customer service team via email at hello@corner30.co.uk. Please provide details of the issue, and any supporting information such as photos.
- Assessment:
Our team will review your claim and may request additional information if necessary. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 working days.
- Resolution:
Once your claim is validated, we will offer a suitable resolution which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
